We want you to love your Parna Jewels piece. If you're not completely satisfied with a standard item from our website, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Enjoy a hassle-free return process with a flat-rate shipping fee of £60.00 GBP via Royal Mail.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on standard, unworn items with all original packaging and documentation.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Custom-made orders
  • Engraved items
  • Items altered by a third party
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition.
  • All original packaging and documentation must be included.
  • Diamond certificates must be returned with the item.

Return Process:

  1. Request a Return Authorisation: Contact our customer service team to initiate your return.
  2. Pay the Return Shipping Fee: Complete the payment for the £60.00 GBP return shipping.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Carefully pack the item with all original materials, including the diamond certificate, in the provided packaging.
  4. Ship Your Return:
    • Use the provided shipping label.
    • Drop off your package at a staffed shipping location (such as a Post Office, not a drop box).
    • Retain your receipt for tracking and insurance purposes.
    • Ensure that both boxes are securely taped shut.
    • In the event of damage to the outer box, take the inner sealed box to be placed in a new outer box.

Refund Processing:

  • We will inspect your return within 7 business days of receipt.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
  • Custom items are not eligible for refunds.

Important: A £100 deduction will be applied to your refund if any packaging is missing or damaged, or if the return shipping instructions are not followed, and insurance is voided.
