  • Insured Delivery: All shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind.
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery: We use Royal Mail's Special Delivery service, known for its reliability and security.
  • Signature Required: A signature is required upon delivery to ensure your items reach you safely.
  • UK Domestic Only: At this time, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom.

Order Processing and Shipping:

  • Order Processing: Once your order is placed, it will be processed for shipment. Processing times vary depending on whether the item is in stock or made-to-order. Estimated delivery dates are provided on product pages and during checkout.
  • Shipping Notification: Upon dispatch, you will receive an email confirmation with your Royal Mail tracking number, allowing you to track your delivery.

Shipping Conditions:

  • Physical Address Required: We can only ship to physical addresses. We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
  • Address Changes: To maintain security, we cannot change shipping addresses after an order is finalised. If a change is absolutely necessary, please contact our customer service team immediately.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your package after their standard attempts, it will be returned to Parna Jewels. We will then contact you to arrange an alternative delivery or resolve any issues.

  • The risk of loss for all items passes to you, the purchaser, once the shipment is handed over to Royal Mail.
